· One piece of salmon 🍣
· One avocado
· Two eggs
· Five baby cucumbers
· Wholegrain bread 🍞 toasted
Seasoning
· Agashe spice mix 60g
· Salt
· Black Pepper
· cooking oil spray
· Butter 🧈
· Air fryer
· Frypan
· Chopping board
· Knife
· Utensils
· Two clean plates
· Toaster or toast the bread on the frypan
The method of cooking
· Prep everything before hand
· Wash your salmon and dry it with paper towel
· Sprayer with the cooking oil for the spice mix to stick
· Season it with the agashe spice mix
· Throw in the air fryer for about three minutes
· While your air frying your salmon, start flying your eggs on the frypan
· Butter your frypan and crack the eggs into the pan
· season them with agashe seasoning only
· After your eggs are cooked
· Start with toasting your bread on the same frypan to absorb all the butter on the pen
· While your bread is toasting stop prepping your avocado and your cucumber
· Cut your avocado into slices and place it on the side of the plate
· Cut your cucumber into stripes and place on the side of the plate
