Travis touches down

With only one more sleep until Swift’s first Sydney concert, excitement is building — and the singer’s boyfriend, Travis Kelce, has touched down in the city to share in the celebrations.

After weeks of speculation, the NFL star arrived in Swift’s private jet on Thursday at 8.57am.

It’s believed he was then taken to The Crown at Barangaroo in Sydney’s CBD, where Swift is staying.

Kelce has arrived alongside friend Ross Travis just in time to watch her perform her four shows at Accor Stadium.

Fans spotted the jet heading from Hawaii to Sydney on Thursday morning after it was reported in the US by TMZ that Kelce was headed for Australia.

In the hour before his landing, more than 8,700 people were tracking his whereabouts on Flight Radar 24, a live air traffic tracking site.

The app even crashed at one point during Kelce’s flight due to excitement from fans.

The day before Kelce’s arrival, Swift spent Wednesday at Accor Stadium performing a sound check followed by a visit to Sydney Zoo in the city’s west.

Swift performed The Eras Tour shows at Melbourne’s MCG last Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights — breaking her record for her largest crowd when she performed to 96,000 fans nightly.
