Taylor Swift Eras Tour: Full setlist changes from Paris night one and new The Tortured Poets Department set

Taylor Swift returned to the stage to kick off the European leg of The Eras Tour in Paris on Thursday with a revamped setlist.

Following speculation from Swifties, the star cut several songs and re-structured the concert to showcase music from her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department.

The All Too Well singer opted to cut fan favourites such as The Archer and Long Live in favour of adding her latest hits like But Daddy, I Love Him and Fortnight.

The Archer was the first song to be cut from the setlist, confirming to fans that changes were coming including the singer moving the sequence concentrating on her Red album to an earlier part of the show.

She also combined two of her sets, Folklore and Evermore, with Swift telling fans to call them the “sisters albums”.

As well as new songs, she debuted several new outfits including a sparkling red bodysuit to open the show, a black and silver Fearless dress, as well as a T-shirt emblazoned with the statement: “This is not Taylor’s version”, a reference to the ongoing work to re-record her first six albums.

The 34-year-old’s show was once again over three hours long, with the singer performing around 45 songs from her career spanning almost two decades.

The changes come just a few weeks before the Bejewelled singer is set to dazzle crowds in Edinburgh when she kicks off the UK leg of her record-breaking tour

Swift will play three sold out shows at Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium on June 7, 8 and 9 before heading to Liverpool, Cardiff and London.
