The nine-year-old from Melbourne got to have an up close and personal moment with the pop star at the concert.

Milana was guided to the front of the stage by security, and Swift then gifted the young girl the iconic hat from her “22” outfit.

But the moment almost didn’t happen, because Milana’s mum was one of hundreds of Victorians to fall victim to a Swift ticket swindler.

The scammer sold fake tickets on Facebook, but the family scored real tickets just three days before the concert.

“Which was amazing anyway, and then to top it all off — for the girls to meet Taylor, it was just an epic night,” Renata Bruno said.

It was “pretty emotional” to meet Taylor, Milana said.

“Because that was my first-ever concert.”

The world’s biggest pop star broke her biggest concert record on Friday night, performing to a crowd of 96,000 fans on the first night of the Australian leg of Swift’s tour.

“This is the biggest show that we have done on this tour, on any tour I’ve ever (done),” Swift told the MCG.

Swift has one remaining show on Sunday night in Melbourne before she travels to Sydney, where she will perform four shows from Friday through Monday.

But Sydney’s Olympic Park, where Swift is set to perform, is currently being tested for asbestos contamination.

A sample of mulch from the site was tested on Friday with nothing found, however precautionary testing will continue as Sydney’s asbestos crisis deepens.

NSW’s environment minister has assured fans the singer’s concerts will go ahead despite the testing.

“This will not stop Taylor Swift performing in Sydney,” Penny Sharpe told the ABC.

“We are testing samples but, regardless, we can remove the mulch and remediate before Taylor Swift takes to the stage in the Harbour City.”
