Wisconsin Republicans approve bill banning abortions after 14 weeks of pregnancy
MADISON, Wis. — Republicans who control the Wisconsin Assembly approved a bill Thursday that would call for a binding statewide referendum to ban abortion after 14 weeks of pregnancy.
