Sister Wives’ TV star Garrison Brown dies aged 25

A son of two of the stars of TV show Sister Wives has died, aged 25.

Garrison Brown was one of the sons of Janelle and Kody Brown, whose polygamous lifestyle is documented in the American reality show.

Janelle announced the news on Wednesday, in an Instagram post with the comments turned off, as she shared two photos of her son.

Garrison and his parents rose to fame on Sister Wives, which follows Kody Brown, his four wives and their 18 children.

The show, on the TLC network, began in 2010, and is now in its 18th season.

“Kody and I are deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful boy Robert Garrison Brown,” Janelle said.

“He was a bright spot in the lives of all who knew him.

“His loss will leave such a big hole in our lives that it takes our breath away.”

“We ask that you please respect our privacy and join us in honouring his memory.”

The 25-year-old died in his home in Flagstaff, Arizona, according to TMZ.

Law enforcement confirmed that his 22-year-old brother Gabriel discovered the body.

The death is being investigated.

Garrison Brown first appeared on Sister Wives in 2010.

It was on the series that he expressed an interest in joining the army, before he officially signing up for the National Guard.

His parents Janelle and Kody were married throughout the series until their divorce in 2023.

They had six children together: Madison, Logan, Garrison, Gabriel, Hunter and Savanah.

“We are devastated to hear of the tragic loss of Garrison Brown,” a spokesperson for the TLC network said.

“We extend our deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the Brown family at this difficult time.”
