The father of a little girl who won the hearts of Taylor Swift and Australia after her dying wish to meet the superstar was fulfilled has updated fans about her health.
Scarlett Oliver, 9, was given only 12 to 18 months left to live after a devastating brain cancer diagnosis in October last year.
The little girl from WA made headlines after she secured tickets to one of the pop star’s sold-out Sydney shows.

The little Swiftie then had her night made extra special as Swift gifted her one of her trademark black fedora hats during the performance of her song, 22.
Fans posted videos online of Swift giving Scarlett the hat and bringing her in for a hug.
“To everyone who shared her story to help us make this happen, we are beyond grateful,” her family posted after the touching scene.
Now, Scarlett’s family have shared that she may only have weeks, not months, left to live.
“Those closest to us are aware, but our beautiful Scarlett isn’t going so well,” Scarlett’s father Paul posted to social media on Friday.
“Unfortunately, the last two weeks have seen a rapid deterioration.
“Oncology doctors have informed us that based on an MRI scan and recent events that her prognosis is dire, and we are looking at weeks rather than months.
“We are all struggling to comprehend how we are where we are.”
Doctors informed the family that Scarlett may not be able to reach her birthday on May 7, prompting her family to again rally social media followers to send in birthday cards from wherever they are around the world.
“We were wondering if anyone would like to send Scarlett a simple birthday card with well-wishes and maybe saying where you are from?” they said.
“(it) will show her how loved and special she is and will put a smile on her face for sure.”
After the request, Scarlett’s family said they had already begun receiving messages and cards from around the world.
“We have received so many birthday cards from all over the world, so we will begin to read them to her from tomorrow,” they said.
“Thanks to each and every person that took the time to do this for her.”
