You might remember a certain sparky by the name of Nedd Brockmann who in 2022 ran 4,000km from Perth to Sydney to raise money for homeless charity Mobilise.
He arrived at Sydney’s Bondi Beach after the epic task — running an average of a staggering 80km a day — having raised an eye-watering $2.5 million.
And he has since used his marathon skills to raise awareness for a great number of causes.

Fans of the mullet-sporting athlete now have the opportunity to rent Nedd’s iconic van “Ronda” — the one he used to track his running route across the country.
For two days only — January 31 and February 1 — the van will appear on the peer-to-peer car sharing app Turo.
Eager fans will then have the opportunity to request to book the van (if they can find it!).
The 2024 NSW Young Australian of the Year Nominee — who has become one of Turo’s newest hosts — will then pick a winner on January 6, who can then decide when they would like to rent Ronda.
The winner will also get some chocolate milk, courtesy of Nedd and Puma activewear.
The rental fee? Only $100 per day.
Nedd now uses the van to as a promotion for his namesake chocolate milk brand, which aims to raise a further $10 million for Mobilise with the sales of its bottles.
To enter the Turo competition, all you need to do is sign up and download the app, request the 2013 Volkswagen Caddy named Ronda between January 31 and February 1 and leave a funny message.
Nedd will choose a winner based on his favourite message — so start getting creative.
As of March 31, 2023, Turo has 3.1 million active guests from around the world participating in its marketplace.
It launched in Australia only in November 2022.
Since then, the app has been downloaded more than 94,000 times, and is the number one car rental app in Australia.

Customers can book vehicles up to $200,000 in value.
Turo is the only place you can go to find both an MG3 for $65 a day or a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon for $1,550 a day.
