Fans are continuing to express concern for veteran Got Talent judge Simon Cowell after a string of appearances revealing his strikingly different look.
The talent judge, 64, made an onstage appearance at the Royal Variety Show on Sunday in London, introducing the most recent Got Talent winner to the audience.

In the crowd were Prince William, Catherine, Princess of Wales and Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden.
Cowell’s appearance comes more than a year after he revealed he was done with Botox injections after his appearance has been a topic of discussion for the last few years.
After the talent judge appeared on stage, viewers flocked to social media to share their thoughts and his celebrity look-alike.
“Thought it was a George Michael tribute act when I looked up #simoncowell #RoyalVarietyPerformance,” one said.
“Simon Cowell has turned into George Michael,”’ agreed a second.
“I didn’t recognise him,” another said.
“Simon Cowell looking slaughtered with Botox and a drooping eye and a mouthful of porcelain,” a particularly critical user said.
Cowell said in April 2022 that he was planning to stop his Botox injections because it made him appear like “something out of a horror film”.
“There was a phase where everyone was having their faces pumped full of this and the other,” Cowell told The Sun.
“There was a stage where I might have gone a bit too far.
“I saw a picture of me from ‘before’ the other day, and didn’t recognise it as me first of all.”
He added that his son Eric, then eight years old, was in “hysterics” about his dad’s changing appearance.
“Enough was enough,” he continued.
“There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero.”
