New Bajaj Pulsar NS200: Bajaj teases 2024 Pulsar NS200, here’s what to expect

Bajaj Auto is gearing up to update its popular Pulsar lineup, and the rumour mill is already buzzing with excitement. The company has released cryptic teasers of the upcoming motorcycle, which seems to be the NS200 model. While specific details are still under wraps, the teaser hints at several new features and upgrades.

From the teaser, it looks like the 2024 Pulsar NS200 to retain the overall design language. The muscular fuel tank, split seat, and aggressive stance will be retained, keeping the bike’s signature look intact.

In terms of features, the 2024 Pulsar NS200 is expected to come equipped with a fresh LED headlamp that includes integrated LED daytime running lights (DRLs) and LED turn indicators. This is a significant upgrade from the current halogen unit. The upcoming model might also have a fully-digital instrument cluster, replacing the semi-digital unit found in the current generation. Excitingly, the teasers suggest that the new bike may also offer Bluetooth connectivity for incoming calls, SMS alerts, and turn-by-turn navigation.

Despite these updates, Bajaj seems to be sticking to a winning formula when it comes to the engine. The trusted 199.5cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, producing 24.5 hp and 19 Nm of torque, is expected to remain unchanged. The six-speed gearbox, suspension, and braking configuration are also likely to be retained, ensuring a familiar and reliable riding experience. The bike is expected to have USD front forks, a monoshock unit at the rear, and disc brakes with dual-channel ABS for efficient braking performance.
