Naked man allegedly breaks into home in North Willoughby, Sydney

Police in NSW have appealed for information regarding an alleged break-and-enter with a disturbing difference.

A man was stark naked when he allegedly broke into a home on Sydney’s north shore in the early hours of Thursday morning.

North Shore Police Area Command officers were alerted to an incident around 3.30am on Patrick Street in North Willoughby.

“Police were told a nude man entered the home of a local resident and awoke them, before leaving the location,” NSW Police said.

“A crime scene was established and an investigation is underway.

“As inquiries continue, police have released the description of a man seen in the area at the time of the incident.”

The alleged offender is described as of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall, with a medium build and short dark hair.

CCTV footage of the incident shows the alleged offender casually walking down the street with not a stitch on.

Why the person was nude when he entered the home is unclear.
