A Chemist Warehouse employee has revealed the $9.90 must-have camping item — with shoppers claiming it’s great for stopping mosquito bites from itching.
Jess, a retail manager for the pharmacy chain, said the Skin Control After Bite Patches, which comes in a 24 pack, works wonders for “calming and soothing” the itching and swelling of insect bites.

“Are you going camping? Well this is the product I recommend,” she said.
The patches are said to reduce irritation by creating a physical barrier over the skin and help protect against discomfort associated with minor stings and bites from mosquitos, sandflies, midges and other bugs.
She said the patches are easy to apply — simply apply them to the itchy bites and gently peel off to remove after six hours.
The patch colour goes on clear but gradually changes to white.
And it’s not hard to see why the product has received a 4.6 star rating online.
“I have a blood type that mosquitos seem to absolutely love and I’m constantly irritated by itchy bites. These patches have honestly saved my life. They are amazing, they work instantly and honestly have never been able to find a better product,” one said.
