Taking to Instagram, the 55-year-old punctured a hole in the myth that Hollywood stars naturally “look that way.”

Rather, it’s about blood, sweat and tears, and pushing through even when it’s a Monday and you’re not really in the mood.
“If you’re having one of THOSE Mondays, I FEEL YOU,” the actress captioned a workout video.
“Just gotta do it!!.”
In the video, Aniston groans “oh god” as she collapses on a mat after performing various strength, balance and flexibility exercises.
A female voice, possibly Aniston’s trainer, can be heard laughing in the background.
A caption over the video reads: “Oh god … You know those days when you just don’t wanna do it? You just gotta do it.”
Many of Aniston’s fans applauded her for her commitment.
“Mondays are the toughest for sure! Gotta stick with it,” one fan wrote.
“Thanks for the positive motivation.”
“Thank you for actually showing what it takes to stay in that shape for 50 years,” added another.
“It ain’t easy!”
“I know exactly how you feel and I’m older than you,” wrote a third.
“But, you also know how much better you feel once you’ve finished.”
But others said if Aniston didn’t feel like working out on a Monday, she shouldn’t push herself so hard.
“I mean, on days I don’t want to do it, I don’t,” wrote celebrity fashion stylist Karla Welch.
“(That’s) most of us to be honest,” one fan responded to Welch’s comment.
“But that is why she’s 50 with a body like that, a body she has earned on the days we didn’t.”
“The pressure! I’m so glad I’m not famous,” added a third.
“Love you, though!”
In the past, Aniston’s workout routine was even more punishing than it is now.
In a recent interview with Women’s Health, the actress revealed she used to get up at 4am every day to do a cardio workout.
These days, she tries to work out four days a week.
“It varies from week to week, depending on a work schedule,” she explained.
“Ideally, I would love four workout days a week, and then a day where it’s more of a major walk or hike.”
She added that these days she was working out smarter, not harder.
“We think we have to work out for a solid hour and that can be a bit intimidating,” she said.
“You really can get an efficient workout with just a good 20 minutes if that’s all the time you have, even 10 minutes of doing something that gets your body moving.
“I just find comfort in that.”
Aniston told the outlet that she mixed up resistance training with yoga and Pilates, doing full-body workouts rather than focusing on just one area.
“I’ve stopped doing 45 minutes to an hour of just constant cardio, running and boot camp because my knees can’t take it anymore, and it’s just not efficient,” she said.
In another interview, she admitted that her previous punishing routine had left her feeling completely burnt out.
“I just burnt out and broke my body,” she told InStyle.
“My physical therapist gave me a Barbie doll that’s covered in tape …to show every injury I’ve had in the last 15 years.
“We have to be kind to our bodies.”
