Hey, you! Reader. Do you love how the C6 Corvette drives but can’t get past the fact that it’s not ugly enough? Did you pass on buying a Vaydor because it was too good-looking and not fast enough? Well, wouldn’t you know it, you’re in luck — we have exactly the car you’re looking for. Specifically, it’s a 2008 Chevrolet Corvette with a Valarra body kit, and it’s currently for sale on Cars & Bids.
We’re not exactly sure what’s going on with the design here, but it sure is… something. Maybe think of it as a poor person’s Mansory? Whatever it is, though, this Corvette is very clearly angry about something. Probably over the crimes that were committed against it to turn it into the abomination currently burning your eyeballs and making your skin itch.
Surely, after all that work, it at least has a whole bunch of extra power, right? Nope. It’s just the stock LS3 that makes 430 horsepower and 424 pound-feet of torque. Oh, and it’s also an automatic. You do get the Z51 package and all the options that come included with the 4LT package, though, so that’s nice. And they did add a BC Racing adjustable coilover suspension and aftermarket exhaust, which amazingly still passed Illinois emissions last October. Based on the body kit, I kind of just assumed the owner would have cut out the catalytic converter.
As far as the positives go, um… I kind of like the wheels? It’s a Corvette, so it should be pretty reliable too. Also, depending on how high the bids climb, there’s a chance this thing will scare off enough buyers that you’ll end up getting a good deal. At the time of writing, it’s currently only up to $6,969. Because of course it is.
