DUNEDIN, Fla. – Rafael Lantigua’s seventh-inning sacrifice fly brought home Luis De Los Santos with the go-ahead run in the Toronto Blue Jays’ 3-2 pre-season victory over the Tampa Bay Rays on Wednesday.
