Amy Hamm wrote in the National Post that Sweeney’s breasts stood up to woke culture in an article aptly titled, Wokeness is no match for Sydney Sweeney’s undeniable beauty. Meanwhile, comedian Bridget Phetasy cheered on the return of boobs for The Spectator.
“For anyone under the age of twenty-five, they’ve likely never seen it in their lifetime — as the giggling blonde with an amazing rack has been stamped out existence, a creature shamed to the brink of extinction,” Phetasy wrote.

During her hosting stint on Saturday Night Live earlier this month, Sweeney herself leaned into the incessant chatter when she participated as a genetically gifted Hooters waitress in one sketch.

“I always thought that this place was the one place I would feel at home,” Sweeney’s Tina laments in the sketch as she counts her thousands in tips. “I’ve tried to work at other jobs, and I can’t. I worked at an airport — no planes took off. I was a crossing guard; thousands died …,” her character joked.
At the Oscars last Sunday, Sweeney, 26, gamely showed off her figure at the Vanity Fair afterparty wearing the same dress worn at the 2004 Oscars by Angelina Jolie.
“From the archives. Worn to the Oscars in 2004 by Angelina Jolie, and now on the beautiful @sydney_sweeney,” designer Marc Bouwer wrote on Instagram, sharing an image of the actress.

Now liberal media outlet Slate has added to the ongoing commentary and is going viral after it claimed “they’re not so big.”
“Her boobs are small enough to be held in place beneath a plunging halter top with some professional-grade boob tape, which is not a thing most people with truly large breasts can say,” author Shannon Palus writes.
Palus continues by asserting that Sweeney’s breasts being smaller than average, writing, “When it comes to the average breast size, the figure that’s thrown around for American women is 34DD, which is a little bit larger than what people speculate Sweeney’s size to be.”
Even if you don’t read it, Palus’ subhead sums up Slate’s stance: “If anything, they’re kind of average.”
The post garnered thousands of likes and comments, earning a “Community Notes” fact-check on X, which declared simply, “Yes they are,” with a link to Sweeney’s Instagram page.

OutKick’s Clay Travis slammed Slate’s piece, writing on X, “Left wing media outlets are mad because America is in love with Sydney Sweeney’s boobs. Left wingers hate boobs and the first amendment. They are my sworn enemies.”
Barstool Sports waded into the fray, penning a rebuttal of their own using the Euphoria star’s social media posts as evidence that they are, in fact, “elegant, tasteful, beautiful, enormous jams” and “ample from any angle.”

In a December interview with Glamour, Sweeney spoke about her conflicting relationship with her, er, boobs.
“When I was in high school, I used to feel uncomfortable about how big my boobs were and I used to say that when I turned 18, I was going to get a boob job to make them smaller,” she told the publication. “And my mom told me, ‘Don’t do it. You’ll regret it in college.’ And I’m so glad I didn’t. I like them. They’re my best friends. Everybody’s body is beautiful. When you are confident and you’re happy within is when it really shows to other people.”
Sweeney said she used to be embarrassed about her chest, to the point where she found herself covering up. But now she wants to be a role model.
“I went through that process of covering my body up at such a young age, but once I became more confident with myself, (it changed). I want to show girls that it’s amazing and beautiful and empowering to have the bodies that we have,” she said.
But now, she’s fully at ease with her looks. “Flaunt what you got. Own it. Love them.”
Her grandparents also fully support their granddaughter’s red carpet looks. “They said I have the best t*** in Hollywood,” Sweeney joked during an appearance on The Ellen Show in 2022.
