Coles is slashing $10 off grocery bills across Australia to help shoppers ease the cost-of-living squeeze.
The supermarket chain has launched the “Flybuys instant $10 off” to reward members with a discount at checkout when they shop in-store at Coles and selected Liquorland and First Choice Liquor Market.
Flybuys members with at least 2000 points in their account can get $10 off when they scan their card — with a minimum spend of $10 in one transaction and a maximum of one redemption per store, per day.

Coles chief customer officer Amanda McVay said the supermarket is providing value at the checkout to help customers’ budgets go further.
“We know making the most out of their weekly shop through Flybuys is important to our customers, so we are excited to now offer an instant $10 off for in-store purchases to all Flybuys members across the country, to give them a simpler way to redeem points at the checkout,” McVay said.
“Millions of Flybuys members currently hold balances of more than 2,000 points and we’re making it easier than ever for them to redeem these points for money off their in-store shop.”
To access the instant $10 off, members with a points balance of 2,000 or more need to spend $10 in one transaction in-store at Coles supermarkets or selected Liquorland or First Choice Liquor Market stores, scan their Flybuys then choose if they want to redeem 2,000 points for money off their shop.
“Instant $10 (off) will be a game-changer for me because it’s so easy to do at the check-out,” Flybuys member Samantha Tsiriplis said.
“Plus, with the rising cost-of-living, the savings on my grocery shop are more important than ever. Instant $10 will make life a bit simpler, and help me stretch my budget a little bit further.”
Customers also have the option to turn the prompt for the offer off via their Flybuys account settings, giving them more choice about how they want to use their points.
Coles Liquor general manager of customer loyalty Mia Lloyd said the offer shows the supermarket’s commitment to being a one-stop shop for food and drink.
“Every extra dollar helps,” she said.
