US fighter Terrence Williams has left the boxing world stunned after a brutal double hook that knocked Jonathan Ariel Sosa out cold.
Fighting in the welterweight division, the Argentinian didn’t stand a chance, and was flattened in less than two minutes into the opening round.

Williams is a rising star of the sport and the 23-year-old’s record now stands at 6-0 with five KO’s.
Sosa, on the other hand, has now been KO’ed six times, has not won a fight since 2017, and has a record of 7-17 plus two draws.
There were frightening scenes in the Florida ring after the latest KO with medical staff giving Sosa oxygen.
He was helped to his feet but was taken to hospital to be observed overnight.
Commentators were stunned by the power of the Williams’ punch.
“Whoa, what a left hook,” they screamed as Sosa went down.
“That is it in round number one … bad knockout, yikes.”
The OOC MMA social media account said: “WOW, tonight we just got a scary knockout of the year contender.”
When Sosa hit the canvass, the sound of his head thumping the the floor could also be heard.
Fans were stunned.
“Crazy second left hook but also whiplash to the back of the head when he smacked the floor,” one fan wrote on X (foremrly Twitter).
While another said: “I was so scared … The darker side of the sport. Hate to see it.”
Some fans also wondered how the fight went ahead at all when there is a boxer who “hasn’t won a single fight” during their last 10 outings.
Williams has been a professional boxer for just over a year.
