World-renowned Australian chef Bill Granger had seemingly inspired one of his daughters to venture into the food world.
Granger’s second daughter, 20-year-old Inès, appeared to have a keen interest in cooking, taking after her father.

The restaurateur behind the famous bills restaurants died in London on Christmas Day, reportedly after a short battle with cancer. He was 54.
His wife Natalie Elliott and the couple’s three daughters, Edie, Inès and Bunny, announced the news of his death on the chef’s Instagram account on Wednesday, calling him a “dedicated husband and father”.
Inès took to the comments to write: “I love you dadda.”
According to Inès’ own Instagram, she has been creating and showcasing her food creations since July 2018.
Frequently highlighted dishes include different forms of pasta, chicken and paninis.
A student at the City & Guilds of London Art School (CGLAS), her assignments are also frequently posted.
In June, she shared the sweet Father’s Day card she had created for Granger that reads “Best Sous Chef Ever” with a series of fried eggs drawn around the text.
“Father’s Day card ☺️☺️ inspired by a Lucky Peach magazine from years ago,” she said.
Granger’s restaurants, bills — the first of which he opened in 1993 in Sydney’s Darlinghurst, before launching in Japan, the UK and Korea — brought him to global fame as a chef.
He also wrote 12 cookbooks, which sold more than one million copies.
His most recent, Australian Food, was released in 2020.
Granger was also the star of several culinary TV series, including Bill’s Tasty Weekends and two seasons of Bill’s Food, both of which aired in the UK.
In January 2023, he was honoured with the Medal of the Order of Australia for service to the tourism and hospitality sector.
