The Honda Grom is maybe the most fun anyone can have on two wheels. Team Red has managed to make Americans care about small-bore motorcycles again, and after three successful generations, the Grom is getting another reskin for 2025. The pint-sized powersports icon is back for another go-around of ripping up your city at sub-limit speeds. It has proven extremely popular because of its customization and approachable riding, and doesn’t really need much updating after the third-generation revamp was such a massive step forward. The Grom is dead, long live the Grom.

The third-gen Grom launched in 2021 with a new 5-speed transmission, an upgraded 9.8-horsepower 125cc engine, and a spin-on oil filter. It was a big upgrade over the 2nd gen model, and all of that carries over to the 4th gen. It appears the 2025 model is largely getting new bodywork and a new seat, but everything else will stay the same.

Honda says the facelift comes with a whole raft of customization accessories, including “storage and style upgrades.” The 2025 accessories haven’t yet been released to the world, but I look forward to some fun Grom bits.

The last time I tested a Grom, I said “If everyone rode Groms, the world would be a happier place. It just might be the key to world peace,” and I stand by that. Go buy a Grom, you’ll be a better person.

The new model starts at $3,599 and can be bought in Candy Blue, Pearl White, or Cherry Red. You can get a Grom SP for $100 more, which is only available in Matte Black Metallic and swaps the gold forks for black ones. If you want front wheel ABS, it’ll cost you $3,799, and only comes in Pearl White. They should be delivering to your local Honda Powersports dealer this month.
