Young man dies after being electrocuted and falling from roof of building in Sydney suburb of Engadine

A young man has died when he was electrocuted and fell from a roof in Sydney’s south.

About 11.40am on Tuesday, emergency services were called to the Old Princes Highway, Engadine, after reports someone had been injured.

It’s understood a man, aged in his 20s, was electrocuted before he fell from the roof of a building.

He was treated by paramedics, however, he died at the scene.It is believed a second man, aged in his 60s, attempted to provide first aid, and was also injured.He was treated by paramedics at the scene.SafeWork NSW has been notified.A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
