Millions of Woolworths customers have been affected by a delay with one of the supermarket’s most popular services.
Shoppers have been taking to social media since Monday afternoon, demanding to know why Woolworths hasn’t released its catalogue for the upcoming week.
The retail giant typically drops a preview for the week’s catalogue of weekly specials — which are available from 12.01am Wednesday to 11.59pm Tuesday each week — on Monday afternoon.

But this week, the supermarket had a 16-hour delay in releasing the catalogue on its website, prompting some to even query whether Woolworths had dropped the popular service for good.
“Where’s the catalogue starting tomorrow? It’s usually out Monday arvo,” said one.
Another added: “I jumped on to ask the same thing!”
A third wrote: “Where is the catalogue starting March 13th? It’s usually out Monday night.”
Another added “Why isn’t Wednesday’s catalogue loading? I have checked on other devices and nothing is there.”
Said another: “No sneak peek any more?”
Many more shopper said they’d come to Woolworths’ Facebook page to “find the answer to this!”
About 9am on Tuesday, Woolworths finally updated its site with the catalogue for March 13.
The supermarket giant declined to elaborate on what caused the delay.
