A woman sought by police concerning an assault at an east-end gas station on Saturday has been identified.

Toronto Police say officers responded to a call in the area of Greenwood and Danforth Aves. just after 12 p.m.

A man in his 20s was inside a gas station store when he was allegedly assaulted by a woman not known to him.
The alleged victim fled, called police, and was taken to hospital where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries believed to have been caused by a sharp object.
Investigators subsequently identified a suspect.
Aaliyah Virgo, 27, of no fixed address, is wanted for assault with a weapon, police said Thursday.
She’s described as about 30 years old, 5-foot-9, 165 pounds, with short black hair. She was wearing a dark hoodie with a white Reebok logo, blue jeans, and brown boots at the time.
