Two teenagers are accused of committing an armed home invasion and a carjacking on the same day in Brampton.

Peel Regional Police say three home invaders forced their way into a residence in the area of Goreway Dr. and Castlemore Rd. around 2:20 a.m. on Thursday.

Once inside, residents had a gun pointed at them and car keys were stolen, police say.
The bandits stole the victims’ two Mercedes Benz sedans and fled the area.
The victims did not suffer any physical injuries.

Another victim was parked in a plaza parking lot in the area of Airport Rd and Queen St. when he was confronted by three carjackers armed with a gun around 5 p.m., police say.

The carjackers forced the victim out of his vehicle and drove off in his 2017 Rolls-Royce.
The victim did not suffer any physical injuries.
Investigators believe the home invasion and the carjacking were committed by the same crooks.
Police say officers later located the “occupied stolen vehicle” in Toronto and arrested two suspects.
The officers also allegedly seized a loaded handgun.
Arian Khorassani, 18, of Toronto, is charged with two counts of robbery with firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm; knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm; occupant of a motor vehicle knowing there was a firearm; possession of a loaded, prohibited or restricted firearm; possession of a prohibited device or ammunition for a dangerous purpose; wearing a disguise with intent; and failure to comply with a release order.

A 17-year-old, who can’t be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is charged with two counts of robbery with firearm; unauthorized possession of a firearm; knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm; occupant of a motor vehicle knowing there was a firearm; possession of a loaded, prohibited or restricted firearm; possession of a prohibited device or ammunition for a dangerous purpose; two counts of wearing a disguise with intent; possession of a firearm contrary to prohibition order; and failure to comply with a sentence or disposition.
