Thuy owned and worked at the bakery with her husband Phong Le.
Their daughter Leanne Le told 7NEWS.com.au that Thuy had been electrocuted but that it was unclear exactly what happened.
She said her mother was the “sweetest and kindest person”.
Western Sydney locals posted condolences online, describing the news as “heartbreaking” and “tragic”.
“So sad to hear of her passing, I’m heartbroken,” one person wrote.
Thuy’s death is being investigated by SafeWork NSW.
“SafeWork NSW is making inquiries and further comment is not available at this time,” a spokesperson told 7NEWS.com.au.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
