Toronto woman sought for fatal after-hours club shooting

A 36-year-old Toronto woman is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for first-degree murder in the shooting death of a 37-year-old Brampton man.

Toronto Police said officers were called for a shooting on Sunday at about 6:19 a.m. at an after-hours club in the Eglinton Ave. W. and Times Rd. area, near Dufferin St.

A victim was found and emergency personnel performed life-saving measures. The victim was taken to hospital where he later died.

He was identified as Triston McNally.

In a news release issued on Friday night, police said Stacey Downey is wanted on the warrant and issed an image of her.

This is the city’s 57th homicide of the year.
