Police are seeking two men after separate assaults over the holiday weekend on or near TTC property.

Toronto Police said officers responded to the first assault on Friday at about 9:50 a.m. in the Kipling Ave.-Dundas St. W. area of Etobicoke while the victim was boarding a bus at Kipling Station.

Police said the victim was approached from behind by a man, who allegedly punched the victim in the face, knocked them to the ground and kicked them several times before fleeing in the direction of Dundas and Aukland Rd.

The suspect is described as a male in his late 30s to mid-40s with a black beard. He was wearing a black tuque with stripes, a grey jacket, black pants, light-coloured shoes and a black backpack.

Police said they also responded to an “unknown trouble” call on Saturday at 12:26 p.m. in the Don Mills Rd.-Sheppard Ave. E. area of North York, where the victim was walking from Don Mills Station with her children.

“A man made a comment towards the victim’s children, which prompted the victim to reply to the suspect,” Const. Laurie McCann said in a news release. “The man then approached the victim and (allegedly) began kicking her, then grabbed an object and struck the victim multiple times over the head.
“This caused to victim to drop her phone, which subsequently broke.”

McCann said the man — who is wanted for assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm, uttering threats and mischief — allegedly threatened to kill the victim before fleeing on foot.
The victim was treated for non-life-threatening injuries at a hospital, police said.

The man is described as about 30 to 40 years old, 5-foot-2 to 5-foot-6, with a medium build, black moustache and goatee.
