Police are on the hunt for a 67-year-old Toronto man after a fatal weekend stabbing in North York.

Toronto Police said that officers responded to an altercation between two men in front of a commercial plaza on Saturday at about 6:19 a.m. in the Bathurst St.-Wilson Ave. area.

One man was stabbed with a “sharp-edged weapon” and while life-saving measures were performed, Jolly An, 51, of Toronto, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Toronto Police said that Afonso Corpuz, 67, of Toronto is wanted for second-degree murder. He is 5-foot-6 and 150 pounds with dark hair. Police said he is “considered armed and dangerous.
“If located, do not approach and call 911 immediately,” Const. Sinderela Chung said in a news release.
