A 60-year-old Toronto man is accused of sexual assault following an incident at a Midtown swimming pool last week.

Toronto Police said on June 18 at 5 p.m., officers investigated a sexual assault in the Yonge St.-Eglinton Ave. W. area.
It is alleged that a 10-year-old girl was swimming in a pool before being sexually assaulted.
Atayab Siddiqi was arrested and charged with sexual assault and sexual interference.
Investigators believe there may be more victims.
Siddiqi is 5-foot-4 and 121 pounds with brown eyes and a shaved head.

2 ARRESTED AFTER UNRELATED ROBBERIES
Two men are facing charges following unrelated robberies in downtown Toronto on Monday.
In the first incident, Toronto Police said officers responded to a call for a robbery at a bank in the University Ave.-Dundas St. W. area just before 3:30 p.m.

It is alleged that a lone male suspect entered the bank and threatened a teller while making a demand for cash.
Cops said the man produced a pair of scissors and began to threaten employees. Officers arrived at the scene, arrested a suspect and recovered a knife.
Franklin Passer, of Aurora, was charged with robbery with an offensive weapon and failing to comply with a probation order.

In the second incident, at about 10:25 p.m., officers responded to another robbery call in the Yonge St.-Carlton St. area.
It is alleged that a lone male suspect entered a retail store in the area, selected several items and began to exit the store.

Police said an employee approached the suspect and the suspect lifted his shirt, exposing a handgun. The suspect then fled the area on foot.
Officers responded and took a suspect into custody, cops said.
It is also alleged that cops recovered a replica handgun and other evidence related to the investigation.
Fifi Matendo, 32, of Toronto, was charged with robbery with an offensive weapon and failing to comply with a probation order.

LOADED GUN SEIZED IN BRAMPTON
A Brampton man is facing gun and drug charges following an investigation over the weekend.
Peel Regional Police said officers from the Strategic Tactical Enforcement Policing team investigated an individual in a vehicle in the area of Kennedy Rd. and Clarence St. in Brampton on Saturday.

Officers found and seized a loaded EAA Windicator .357 Magnum revolver, ammunition and illicit drugs.
Shailendra Sanichar, 30, was arrested and charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm, knowledge of unauthorized possession of a firearm, occupant of a motor vehicle knowing there was a firearm, possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm and possession of a controlled substance.

MAN, 70, ACCUSED OF GROPING TEEN IN MILTON
A 70-year-old man is accused of groping a teenage girl in Milton last month.
Halton Regional Police said on May 31 at about 3:40 p.m., a man was walking on a pathway near Childs and Ledwith Drs. when he approached a 15-year-old girl walking her dog.

Police said the suspect engaged the teen in conversation before grabbing and forcefully kissing her multiple times on the cheek without her consent.
On Sunday, Sleim Basta, of Milton, was charged with sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching.
Police believe there may be additional victims.

SUSPECT SOUGHT FOR INAPPROPRIATE SEXUAL INTERACTION
Police are looking to identify a man who allegedly engaged in an inappropriate sexual conversation with two young boys in Courtice earlier this month.
Durham Regional Police said on June 16 at about 8:15 p.m., the youth encountered a man in a forested area behind the Courtice Community Complex.

Cops alleged the suspect made highly sexualized, inappropriate conversation with the youth. The victims left the area and contacted police. They did not sustain any physical injuries, police added.
The suspect is white and 50 to 60 years old. He was wearing a black baseball cap, blue T-shirt, beige cargo pants and black and white shoes.

HOME INVASION IN RICHMOND HILL
Police are seeking two male suspects and appealing for witnesses following a home invasion in Richmond Hill last month.
York Regional Police said that on May 21 at 10:45 p.m., officers were called to a home in the area of Shirley Dr. and Redstone Rd. for a report of a break and enter.

Police said two men knocked on the door of the residence before allegedly forcing their way in. They assaulted the homeowner with an unknown object before fleeing the scene.
The victim sustained serious injuries and was transported to a trauma centre, but has since recovered from his injuries, cops said.
Investigators believe this was a targeted incident.
The first suspect is white and about 40 years old, 5-foot-8 with a heavy build, buzzed haircut and full beard. He was wearing a white T-shirt, dark shorts and black-and-white shoes.
The second suspect is about 5-foot-7 and 160 pounds with a medium build. He was wearing a windbreaker-style hooded jacket with the hood up, baseball hat, full face mask and white shoes.
Investigators are appealing for any witnesses to come forward. Officers would also like to speak with anyone who may have video surveillance or dashcam footage from the area at the time of the incident.
