The third Venom movie hits cinemas next month and the final trailer features Tom Hardy in black tie channelling James Bond.
The 46-year-old has long been a bookies’ favourite to take up the Licence to Kill after Daniel Craig and the star is finally sporting a tuxedo during the Las Vegas sequences of the Marvel teaser.
Stay to the end of the trailer to see him at a slot machine in one of the casinos, in which the alien symbiote takes over his body in an awkward comic moment.
The film’s official synopsis reads: “In Venom: The Last Dance, Tom Hardy returns as Venom, one of Marvel’s greatest and most complex characters, for the final film in the trilogy. Eddie and Venom are on the run. Hunted by both of their worlds and with the net closing in, the duo are forced into a devastating decision that will bring the curtains down on Venom and Eddie’s last dance.”
Co-starring Chiwetel Ejiofor, Juno Temple, Rhys Ifans, Peggy Lu, Alanna Ubach and Stephen Graham, the new trailer also debuts Norman Reedus as Knull.
Venom: The Last Dance hits cinemas on October 25, 2024.
