“We’re working on the details, including some new additions to the line-up and will let you know ASAP.”
Taking to his Instagram stories, The Kid LAROI went into more detail on why the shows were being delayed.
“I have a really big surprise and special guest that we just couldn’t finalise in time for February, among a bunch of other logistical stuff,” he explained.
“I wanna give you the best show that I possibly can and make everyone back home proud.
“I promise that it will be worth it, and I will keep you guys posted on the special guests and everything else that is to come.
“I’m truly sorry, but I promise I got you and it’s for the better!”
The First Time tour was due to kick off in Melbourne on February 2.
The musician was then meant to be skipping across to New Zealand before returning to Australia for a Perth gig on February 9.
The Australian tour was set to finish with a show on the Gold Coast on February 18.
Existing ticket holders have been advised of rescheduled dates and all original tickets will be valid for the new October dates.
Fans will also be able to request a refund if they are unable to make the new dates.
Some took to X (formerly Twitter) to express their disappointment and frustration, with several fans saying they had just forked out for flights to attend the February shows.
“Yep. Just booked my flights as well. RIP $300,” one fan wrote.
“I booked my ticket 10 minutes ago bruh,” wrote another.
“No way,” wrote a third, adding a screaming face emoji, while another fan simply dropped a broken heart emoji.
“RIP my money, just booked my flights,” another said.
