Led by 26 points in just 17 minutes off the bench from Anthony Edwards, Team USA men’s basketball finished off a dominating run through Olympic pool play with a 104-83 win over Puerto Rico on Saturday. Edwards, who turns 23 today, is currently leading a Team USA roster full of future Hall of Famers with 16.7 points per game. After the victory against Puerto Rico to clinch the top seed in the knockout stage and a date with Brazil, Edwards talked about playing on the same team as LeBron James, Steph Curry and Kevin Durant.
“Growing up watching KD and Bron go at it in the Finals, then watching Steph and Bron go at it in the Finals, it’s a dream come true that I get to play alongside of those guys,” he said.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. The best players in the league often find themselves at the free throw line, as the only way to stop them is with a foul. With that being said, can you name the players that made the most free throws in the NBA last season?
Good luck!
