A suspect is sought following a February assault in Leaside.

Toronto Police say, on Feb. 11 at approximately 2 p.m., officers responded to a call for an assault in the Laird and Esandar Dr. area.

It is reported that the victim was walking through a parking lot and the suspect almost hit the victim with their car.
Police say the victim and suspect got into a verbal argument. The suspect then exited his vehicle and assaulted the victim before fleeing the area in an unknown direction.
The suspect and victim were not known to each other, cops added.
The victim went to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspect is described as a white male in his 30s, 6 feet to 6-foot-2 with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a light-coloured hat, dark jacket and dark pants. He was driving a black Honda Civic.
Investigators released an image of the suspect’s vehicle.
