Steph De Sousa dropped by the Sunrise kitchen on Saturday, showing viewers how to whip up delicious spring rolls.
The chef, who is about to release her new book, Air Fryer Queen this week, showed how to make breakfast bites.
Viewers can use any combination, with De Sousa suggesting the following pairings: peanut and banana, cream cheese and blueberries, or lemon curd and raspberries.

Air fryer breakfast spring rolls
Ingredients
— Small tortillas
— Your favourite spread (Nutella, chocolate spread, peanut butter, lemon curd, cream cheese etc.)
— Fruit of your choice (Bananas, blueberries, strawberries, apple, mandarin etc.)
Method
— Place your spread and fruit in the middle of your tortilla.
— Roll it up so all that goodness is sealed inside.
— Pop in your air fryer and give it a little spray with oil.
— Air Fry for 180C for 5 minutes
