Williams, 36, was fired from the patrol after sending out a sex tape featuring herself and another woman to fellow officers.
An ensuing legal battle with the other woman landed her in hot water with the patrol and she was canned in January.
In the woman’s lawsuit, she alleges Williams sexually assaulted her and videotaped the attack before sharing it with fellow troopers. The Jane Doe said Williams promised to delete the clip after their encounter.

She wrote in the lawsuit: “Much of that night is a blur. I became unusually and extremely intoxicated. The next morning I woke up in bed without my clothes on … I was aware a sexual encounter had taken place but had difficulty remembering any of what happened.”
The alleged victim said that when she questioned Williams about what transpired, “it was revealed to (the petitioner) that (Williams) had recorded the encounter with her phone without (the petitioner)’s knowledge or consent.”

She demanded that the cop delete the video and not share it with anyone. But Williams had already shared it with other cops.
The woman heard nothing more until May 2023 when the cop said the wife of her boyfriend at the time had discovered the video.

The lawsuit states: “During that conversation, (Williams) informed (the petitioner) for the first time that she had transmitted the video to her boyfriend. During that same conversation (Williams revealed) that at least one other individual also had possession of the video.”
According to the lawsuit, the woman discovered that many people had seen the video.
But the cop has now fired back with a lawsuit of her own, claiming her alleged victim destroyed her reputation and business relationships. She said her firing was retaliatory for complaining about being reassigned and being a woman.

Williams has more than 10,000 social media followers and frequently post sexy snapshots and videos. She has maintained she did nothing wrong and that the sex in the video was consensual, adding she shared it with just one person.
Two other troopers were fired in the brouhaha and officials claim Williams was a frequent flier on porn sites on her government phone.

Williams recently wrote on Facebook: “I have told you all that I am innocent and I can’t wait until my day in court so I can prove my innocence. Lately in society, it’s not until you’re proven guilty. No, you’re guilty until proven innocent.”
She added that detectives have scoured her phone and found “no evidence … in support of the plaintiff’s claims.”
The other woman — who is representing herself after two different lawyers quit her case — has sued Williams for $11 million. The former trooper is suing her alleged victim for $20 million.
