Stars rookie Mavrik Bourque slots into lineup for Ty Dellandrea in Game 6

As the Dallas Stars fight for their season in Game 6 against the Edmonton Oilers, they are bringing rookie Mavrik Bourque into the lineup.

The 22-year-old has played in just one NHL game after being selected in the first round by Dallas in the 2020 NHL Draft and will slot in for Ty Dellandrea Sunday night.

Bourque played most of the 2023-24 season in the AHL with the Texas Stars, where he was named the league MVP after scoring 26 goals and 77 points in 71 games.

Dellandrea has played in six games this post-season, scoring one goal. In the regular season, he had two goals and nine points in 42 games.
