A South Australian builder has been placed into administration, leaving dozens of customers with unfinished home builds.
Consumer and Business Services stripped 7 Star Construction of its licence earlier this month after dozens of complaints over substantial delays and the quality of work being done.
The company, owned by Qamil Veseli, has 27 unfinished homes in Modbury and Plympton.

Some customers said they had been waiting three years for their “dream” homes to be finished.
They were told on Thursday the builder had gone into administration, allowing them to make indemnity insurance claims.
Veseli previously told 7NEWS he sympathised with his customers, blaming out-of-control prices that have put him under pressure.
