The member of Indian National Congress has investments in around 23 mutual funds at the end of March 2024. He had investments in five schemes of Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund. He had investments in Franklin India Feeder – Franklin U.S. Opportunities Fund which had a total market value of Rs 3.72 lakh as on March 31, 2024. The value of investment in Franklin India Balanced Advantage Fund was recorded at Rs 7.57 lakh. He had investment in Franklin India ELSS Tax Saver Fund (growth and IDCW) which together had market value of Rs 9.18 lakh. The value of investment in Franklin India Focused Equity Fund was Rs 14.01 lakh as on March 2024.
Tharoor had four schemes from HDFC Mutual Fund. The value of investment in HDFC Credit Risk Debt Fund and HDFC ELSS Tax Saver Fund was Rs 15.78 lakh and Rs 2.15 lakh respectively. He had invested in HDFC Flexi Cap Fund (growth and IDCW) with a total market value of Rs 14.64 lakh as on March 2024.
The three schemes from ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund were ICICI Prudential Multicap Fund, ICICI Prudential Balanced Advantage Fund, and ICICI Pru Pharma Healthcare & Diagnostics (P.H.D) Fund. The total market value of investments in these schemes was recorded at Rs 14 lakh, Rs 13.41 lakh, and Rs 11.28 lakh, respectively.
The former minister had Axis ELSS Tax Saver Fund (growth and IDCW) with a total market vaof Rs 11.70 lakh. The two schemes from Mirae Asset Mutual Fund were Mirae Asset ELSS Tax Saver Fund and Mirae Asset Large & Mid Cap Fund which had total market value of Rs 1.95 lakh and Rs 11.32 lakh, respectively.
Shashi Tharoor had two schemes from the largest mutual fund house. The total market value of SBI Balanced Advantage Fund and SBI Multicap Fund was Rs 7.55 lakh and Rs 1.32 lakh, respectively.
UTI Nifty Next 50 Index had a total market value of Rs 11.45 lakh. The two international funds in the portfolio were Edelweiss MSCI India Domestic & World Health Care 45 Index Fund and Edelweiss US Technology Equity FoF which had market value of Rs 4.55 lakh.
The remaining two schemes – Kotak Flexi Cap Fund and Quant ELSS Tax Saver Fund – had market value of Rs 10.36 lakh and Rs 1.47 lakh, respectively.
