The Queensland home boasts of sprawling views of the town, has space for four cars and includes three bathrooms.

The realestateinvestar site reports the town’s median listing price for houses as $299,99 and for units, $269,000.
But in Sydney the most recent Domain data lists the median house price as $1,627,625, while the median unit price is $806, 137.
In Melbourne the median house price is $1,032,020 and for units it is $564,095.
Even in Brisbane, the median price of a unit was more than that of the Mount Isa “palace” at $549,704.
