The trademark also includes “healthcare services relating to mental health,” which may overlap with Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex’s foundation Archewell.
“Meghan was quite shocked when she found out that Kate and William plan to do more work in America after trademarking their foundation’s brand with authorities,” a source told OK! magazine.
“Although they have made a couple of trips to the US, it’s not really part of their territory and now Meghan feels they could be moving in on her turf.”
Archewell Foundation’s slogan is “Show Up, Do Good,” with a “core belief that mental health and our collective wellbeing are paramount”.
Recently they launched the Parents’ Network to support families against online harms and The Welcome Project, addressing social isolation among resettled women.
“For Meghan, it just feels like another blow, as Harry is making more of a life for himself in America and doing big events without her, like the one he did in New York last week,” a source told Mirror.
“And she already knows how popular Kate and William are in the US and with their own Hollywood popularity seemingly dwindling, she doesn’t feel comfortable with them making any trips across the pond right now because there will no doubt be a huge fanfare.”

Catherine confirmed in September that her preventive chemotherapy following the discovery of an undisclosed type of cancer during major abdominal surgery in January, had come to an end.
“Life as you know it can change in an instant and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown,’’ she said in a video, which was shot lin August in Norfolk.
“The cancer journey is complex, scary and unpredictable for everyone, especially those closest to you.
“With humility, it also brings you face-to-face with your own vulnerabilities in a way you have never considered before and, with that, a new perspective on everything.
“This time has above all reminded William and me to reflect and be grateful for the simple yet important things in life, which so many of us often take for granted. Of simply loving and being loved.”
Catherine said her focus would be on “doing what I can to stay cancer-free” but she was “looking forward to being back at work” with plans to undertake a light program of engagements until the end of the year.
