Mummy blogger Constance Hall made a horrifying discovery in her Red Rooster meal and it’s enough to turn one off the fast-food restaurant for good.
The 40-year-old Perth mum shared a video of a vomit-worthy find in her box of chicken and warned those with a weak stomach not to watch.

“Something really, really bad happened last night and I can’t stop thinking about it,” Ms Hall said in an Instagram post on Thursday.
“We ordered a Red Rooster chicken last night and I stripped it to give the gross bits to the dogs without any bones and look what I found in the f**king chicken.”
Ms Hall then zoomed in on a piece of “food” that resembled some kind of organ.
“Don’t say you haven’t been warned. But WTF red rooster? This was my karma for buying a non free range chook. 🤢,” she captioned the video.
Some of her 380,000 Instagram followers offered up suggestions for what the “gross” material could be.
“It’s kidney and it’s in all roast chooks (even Woolies) and it’s delicious!!,” one user said.
In a comment that received 12 likes, one person said: “We find these in all (supermarket) chooks. I’ve never thought anything of it and just given it to the dogs when I’ve striped the meat off. It’s just some of its insides that haven’t been flushed out. Still cooked goodness for some sort of animal to consume 😂”
