Jack Joseph Ball, 23, of Farmington, Minn., was busted after allegedly dumping body parts on a neighbour’s doorstep, authorities added.
He was charged Tuesday with two counts of murder in the death of his sister Bethany Israel, 30, and her unborn child, Dakota County attorney Kathryn Keena said, per the New York Post.
Ball was arrested last Thursday in a neighbour’s yard after he was allegedly seen on a Ring cam dumping dismembered body parts on the front step and around the yard, a criminal complaint said.

Investigators discovered “several journals,” including one in which he allegedly wrote about being “angry” that his sister “was pregnant and no longer innocent,” the complaint stated.
“The allegations in this case are deeply disturbing and horrific — words can’t describe what our law enforcement partners encountered during the investigation,” Keena said.

The brother and sister had dinner before Israel’s mom became concerned her daughter had not returned home, the affidavit said.
The mom went to Ball’s home, at which point he allegedly “tore out of there,” the affidavit said.
Police found a large pool of blood in the kitchen of Ball’s home, along with a “bloody saw, hatchet and large, bloody knives.”
He was tracked down after a neighbhour called 911 to report someone allegedly dumping body parts on the front steps, authorities said.
