Officers found a white Mercedes-AMG convertible on fire.

Fire and Rescue NSW put out the blaze, but the car was destroyed.

The house was also damaged after the fire spread to an upstairs room.

Images from the scene show the white Mercedes-AMG, worth about $200,000, parked next to a black luxury SUV from the same marque.

It is the second suspected arson incident at the location recently, NSW Police said in a statement on Tuesday.

The white Mercedes was previously set alight in the driveway about 1am on Friday.

The fire went out by itself and caused minor damage to the vehicle.

Investigators believe the latest fire was deliberately lit, and detectives are working to establish any links between the two blazes.
