The 32-year-old man was assessed by paramedics but was unable to be revived.
A short time later police were called after a driver collided with a parked car nearby and allegedly failed to stop.
Police believe a vehicle was used to move the body of the man to Georgina Crescent, and police responding to the crash identified the vehicle of interest while patrolling the area and found a 37-year-old man hiding in bushes.
The man was arrested before he was taken to Mount Druitt Police Station and charged with murder.
Police allege the two men were involved in a pre-arranged fight before the injured man was allegedly driven to a nearby street and left there.
The man was refused bail to appear before Parramatta Bail Court on Sunday.
