Man accused of sexual assault on TTC subway

A man is sought after an alleged sexual assault aboard a TTC subway in the summertime, and police believe there may be additional victims.

In a news release issued on Wednesday, Toronto Police said on Thursday, Aug. 17 at about 3:10 p.m., police responded to a call for a sexual assault at the Davisville subway station.

It’s reported that the man and victim were onboard a northbound train heading towards Davisville station. Police said the victim was standing and the man was sitting behind the victim and sexually assaulted the victim.

The man got off the train at Finch subway station and was last seen walking towards the bus bay.

The suspect is described as male, 25-35 years old, with dark brown hair and an unshaven appearance. He was last seen wearing a green vest, grey shorts, and brown slippers.
