“During the incident, a bystander, a man in his 50s, was grazed by a stray bullet,” police said in a statement released Wednesday, explaining the victim was taken to hospital for treatment and has since been released.
The shooting, which was captured on video, is believed to have involved two gunmen but only one is thought to have opened fire.
Footage of the shooting – released by investigators last week – shows one man exiting a BMW armed with a gun and crouching behind the car’s rear fender, seemingly ducking gunfire.

Moments later, a young woman calmly opens the driver’s side door for him to hop back behind the wheel while she walks around the car and jumps into the front passenger seat.
The driver then does a three-point turn, pauses briefly as the woman partially opens the passenger-side window to communicate with another man in the alleyway, and then drives off.
Investigators have since identified two suspects.
Patrick Swayze, of Hamilton, was arrested Tuesday on an outstanding warrant related to this incident, police said.
He faces charges of assault with a weapon, three counts of failure to comply with probation, eight counts of failure to comply with a release order, two counts of operation while prohibited, pointing a firearm, using an imitation firearm during the commission of an offence, and three counts of possession contrary to a court order.

“During the arrest, officers recovered a firearm, which has been confirmed to be the same one used in this incident and displayed in the video footage released to the public,” police alleged.
Police said the investigation is ongoing and it’s expected additional charges will be laid against Swayze.
Meanwhile, investigators continue to hunt for the lone outstanding suspect.
