The daughter of Chiefs owner Clark Hunt struck a nerve when she posted glamour shots of herself, including with the Lombardi Trophy, on her X account while paying tribute to the shooting victims, reports the New York Post.

Maybe it’s an age thing?

“The most beautiful, perfect day of love, laughter, & celebration at the Chiefs Super Bowl parade turned upside down in an instant,” Hunt’s post began.

“I’m still processing today’s tragedy. I love this city and I’m angry at what took place and heartbroken for the victims, their families, & the KC community. This world is broken and thank God it is not our home.”

The shooting left a mom of two dead and 22 others — including nine children — injured.

“Thank you to the first responders for your swift actions that saved more lives from being lost,” wrote Hunt.

“Thank you to KCPD, Chiefs security, brave citizens, and everyone at Union Station who worked to manage the chaos and pandemonium. Kansas City — hug those you love extra tightly tonight. We love you big this Valentine’s Day and always.”

Needless to say critics on X liked the sentiment but hated the photos.

“I feel like the selfies at the end of your statement are a weird flex but ok,” one user said.

“Nice words. Maybe skip the posting of the silly selfies and PR photos on this one?” user Gary Beckett wrote under her post.

A user named Derek Johnson wasn’t impressed: “Anyway, here’s some pics of my fabulous outfit.”

Authorities have said the shooting started as a personal dispute and escalated into public violence.
