(NewsNation) — Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, continues his downward spiral and, as of this week, faces yet another lawsuit.

This week, he was sued by his former personal assistant on accusations of sexual harassment and for not paying her salary.

According to the LA Times, “Lauren Pisciotta, an Instagram and OnlyFans model, said she worked for the ‘Famous’ rap star, 46, from July 2021 to October 2022. She alleges she was subjected to multiple forms of sexual harassment and fleeced out of a ‘promised’ $4-million salary for her work on various Yeezy brands.”

[A rep for Ye told the Times the allegations were “baseless” and accused Pisciotta of coercion, blackmail and extortion].

As I wrote previously, Ye is also facing a multitude of lawsuits against him involving his Donda Academy school. Last year, three teachers at the academy sued, claiming they were unfairly fired after complaining about conditions at the school, including violations of educational codes as well as health and safety concerns. That lawsuit claims the teachers were subject to constant bullying and pay discrepancies.

In the latest lawsuit filed Tuesday, former employee Trevor Phillips says he suffered discrimination and harassment while working for West. According to the complaint, “In front of the schoolchildren, Kanye continued his dangerous rhetoric. Kanye started to openly discuss how he only likes to date white women…Then addressing the two school children, Kanye told them that he wanted them to shave their heads and that he intended to put a jail at the school — and that they could be locked in cages. The staff quickly distracted the children, and escorted them out of the room.”

In addition, West allegedly spent $2 million earmarked for the school on a luxury trip to Paris, taught antisemitism, praised Hitler to children and would fire anyone he deemed “fat.”

Meanwhile, another house of his is found crumbling.

While Ye has a vast portfolio of real estate — including a house in Holmby Hills across the street from his ex, Kim Kardashian, an oceanfront property in Malibu and a ranch in Wyoming — all are currently in alleged various stages of disrepair and neglect. [Ye is also being sued by the Malibu developer who has placed a lien on the oceanfront home).

His latest house — a $2.2 million ranch in Calabasas that he bought in 2018 with $4.4 million of land next door — is also in ruins.

Pictures from the Daily Mail show the home, previously used for his Sunday Sermons and as the headquarters for Donda Academy, in extreme disrepair with crumbling walls and a failing roof.

As my source told me last month, “Kanye has been having financial difficulties since Adidas dropped him.”

In 2022, Adidas broke up its lucrative partnership with Ye, dropping the Yeezy shoe line (and billions of dollars) after severe misconduct came to light. According to the New York Times, West subjected Adidas and Yeezy employees to “antisemitic and sexually offensive comments, displayed erratic behavior, and issued ever-escalating demands.” Ye was also said to have shown employees pornography, drank at work, lovingly quoted Hitler, called Black Lives Matter a “scam,” started selling “White Lives Matter” shirts and promised to go “death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE” before he was finally fired.

Ye and his wife, Bianca Censor, holed up briefly at the Chateau Marmont but have since rented an apartment nearby.

Let’s hope the landlord got the rent in advance.
