Speculation that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are headed for divorce has taken another turn following a report by TMZ that the couple have listed their $60 million Beverly Hills mansion.

Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell the outlet, the couple have enlisted realtor Santiago Arana from The Agency to sell the property they bought a little over a year ago.
TMZ reports that Arana has been showing the 38,000-square-foot estate to prospective buyers for several weeks, but so far they’ve had no takers for the property, which they are trying to unload for $65 million.
If J.Lo and Ben are able to get their asking price, they’ll still take a hefty loss. Along with Arana’s commission, the two will have to pay “a new tax on super-expensive properties.” That’s on top of the money they forked out to update the place to their exacting standards.
According to the Daily Mail, real estate site Zillow added photos of the property, which features 17 bedrooms, 30 bathrooms and parking for 80 cars, earlier this month. Realtor.com called the home “one of the most iconic estates” in Beverly Hills.

The property had been on and off the market for five years before before Lopez and Affleck scored the place below its previous owners original $75 million asking price.
Highlights of the grounds include a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a zero-edge pool, a pickleball court and more.
Lopez, 54, was spotted out over the weekend wearing her wedding ring, but her and Affleck, 51, have only been photographed a handful of times since March as questions have swirled over the status of their relationship.
The two-time Grammy nominee shared a message about “negativity” amid the breakup speculation. “It may seem like there’s a lot of negativity out in the world right now…but don’t let the voices of a few drown out that there is soooo much love out there,” Lopez shared in a statement on her OntheJLo website.

One insider told PEOPLE in May that the two have buckled under the intense media scrutiny surrounding their high-profile marriage.
“They just have very different approaches when it comes to media attention. Ben hates all attention and it makes him very uncomfortable. Jennifer has always had a different approach,” the source said.
A second person close to the couple told the outlet that while Affleck appreciates his wife’s success, he doesn’t embrace her need to share intimate details from their life together.
“Even though he admires that about her, it doesn’t make him happy and causes stress in his life and then in hers. There is no question their different styles clash,” they said.
A third confidante described Affleck as “more introspective and private” and said his personality “causes tension” between the two.

“She likes to open her heart to her fans and to the world. This makes them considerably different, and it has been difficult in the day-to-day relationship,” they added.
Another person close to the couple painted a much darker outlook for the twosome as they face rumoured trouble in their personal lives.
“If there was a way to divorce on grounds of temporary insanity, he would,” the source shared with Page Six. “He feels like the last two years was just a fever dream, and he’s come to his senses now and understands there is just no way this is going to work.”
Another source told Us Weekly the pair hit a roadblock nearly two years after they wed as their work schedules started to heat up.
“Jen and Ben are having issues in their marriage,” a person in the know said in an interview with Us Weekly. “They started having issues a few months ago as Jen had started ramping up work commitments and prepping for her tour.”

Lopez had been planning a summer tour with dates all across America, but she scrapped her upcoming shows “to be with her children, family and close friends.”
“I am completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down. Please know that I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary,” Lopez wrote on her OntheJLo website and newsletter.
InTouch was the first to report there was trouble in paradise when when a person close to the duo predicted the two are headed for splitsville.
“The writing is on the wall – it’s over,” the insider claimed. “They’re headed for a divorce – and for once, (Ben’s) not to blame!”
Affleck was also photographed by TMZ leaving a Los Angeles-area home he’s been staying at by himself.

Neither has commented on the status of their relationship, but Cosmopolitan, Page Six and the Daily Mail reported that J.Lo hit the “like” button on an Instagram post about relationship problems.
When a reporter tried to ask Lopez about the health of her relationship in Mexico, she shut the question down.
Last month, Lopez made a solo trip to the Met Gala and walked the red carpet alone to promote her new film Atlas. PEOPLE reported that Affleck skipped the red carpet because he was filming The Accountant 2.
Affleck and Lopez started dating over 20 years ago after they met on the set of Gigli and they were engaged from 2002 to 2004. Dubbed “Bennifer,” the pair’s romance was tabloid fodder highlighted by glitzy movie premieres and a 6.1 carat, pink diamond engagement ring. But the couple called off their wedding at the last-minute in 2003 and ended their relationship a few months later.

After their breakup, Lopez moved on with singer Marc Anthony, with whom she had two children, while Affleck married Alias star Jennifer Garner and became a father to three. Both unions ended in divorce.
The former flames rekindled their old romance in 2021, after Lopez broke off her engagement with retired baseball slugger Alex Rodriguez, and wed the following year.
Lopez documented their romantic reunion on her This Is Me… Now album and the companion film, This is Me … Now: A Love Story, both of which were released earlier this year.
Lopez told Variety “we both have PTSD” following the media scrutiny that followed their relationship the first time around.
“We’re older now. We’re wiser. We also know what’s important, what’s really important in life, and it’s not so much what other people think. It’s about being true to who you are,” she said.
But Affleck hinted he had problems with renewed interest in their private lives.
“I did really find the beauty and the poetry and the irony in the fact that it’s the greatest love story never told,” he says in the documentary. “And if you’re making a record about it, that seems kind of like telling it.”
