She went on to share a sweet video on TikTok, which can be watched in the video above, of Navy and Bambi meeting their baby sister for the first time.
“She’s here, family of five complete,” the photo was captioned.
The TikToker previously told 7NEWS.com.au she is “exhausted” by the pregnancy, sharing that “third pregnancies are no joke, they really take a toll on your body”.
“Probably didn’t help I fell pregnant five months postpartum, two-and-a-half weeks after a LEEPS procedure (treatment to prevent cervical cancer) and still breastfeeding,” she said.
“I really said to my body, ‘You want a challenge?’”
“Some days are definitely a juggle, especially when I have collabs due or emails to respond to,” Clinton said.
“I usually put the kids down for a lunchtime nap and do all my admin then. I sacrifice my sleep, so then I’m a wreck when afternoon comes and my husband gets home from work.”
Clinton said she has found 2023 “quite hard”, with time to herself being extremely limited.
“Being pregnant, for me, is tough as I feel like I really lose myself,” she said.
“I love the gym, staying fit, surfing, being active and this pregnancy has thrown a few curveballs at me with complications, so I haven’t been able to do any of those things.
“So a break for me is taking the dog for a walk, laying in bed at 6.30am doing emails while my husband is at the park or doing a grocery shop and walking very slowly down the aisles.
“This is just a season, which is almost over!
“I can’t wait to find myself again, and do things that I love, things that will fill my cup up.”
